The main structure is covered with gold with a holy pool around it. The community kitchen also symbolizes love and devotion for the almighty and mankind. Another attraction in Amritsar is the Atari-Wagah border. Here, a daily military parade and flag-hoisting ceremony take place on both sides of the India-Pakistan border.
